5. Car Listings

• Users can post UNLIMITED car listings for free
• All listings must contain accurate information about the vehicle
• Users must have legal right to sell any vehicle they list
• Listings must include clear, truthful photos and descriptions
• Users must update or remove listings when vehicles are sold

6. AI Valuation Service

Violation may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

9. Content Ownership and License

• By posting content on CarWiseIQ, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the platform

You represent that you have the right to post all content you upload. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights.

10. Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
